A letter from our board
Why Prison Ministries of Carolina exists and how you can help.
Dear [Church Member/Supporter],
In 2016, God’s devoted servant, Brother William (Bill) Morgan, faithfully answered the call to serve by acquiring 3.6 acres of property and dedicating it wholly to the Lord. As the vision for ministry took shape, an existing trailer was later purchased and thoughtfully renovated to serve as a place of restoration. This act of obedience was driven by a clear purpose: to provide men returning from incarceration with a second chance through a safe, structured living environment that promotes spiritual growth, vocational training, and job readiness.
By the grace of the Godhead, that vision became a reality in September 2019, when Prison Ministries of Carolina (PMoC) opened the doors to our first entry residence.
Today, as the PMoC Board of Directors, we humbly invite you to partner with us in this life-changing work. Our church community has always stood as a beacon of compassion and restoration, and now we have an opportunity to make an even deeper, lasting impact in the lives of men who are courageously rebuilding their lives after incarceration.
The Prison Ministries of Carolina Transitional House, also known as "Project Our Brother’s Keeper," is a vital outreach ministry committed to offering guidance, accountability, and a safe haven for returning citizens as they reintegrate into society.
However, we cannot fulfill this mission alone.
We are prayerfully seeking your support. Your generous contribution will help provide:
- Housing and meals for a resident for one month
- Educational support, vocational training, and job placement assistance
- Counseling and spiritual guidance, which are essential in breaking the cycle of re-incarceration
No gift is too small. Every dollar brings us closer to our goal of ensuring that no man has to walk the road of reentry alone.
Would you prayerfully consider making a donation today? Your generosity will truly change lives and help restore hope where it is needed most.
Prison Ministries of Carolina is a nonprofit outreach organization recognized under 501(c)(3) status.
